Your DMCA notice must include the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including a URL or description of where it is located.

  3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Failure to include all of the information listed above may result in a delay in processing your DMCA notification.

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending us a written communication that includes:

  • Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside of the U.S., the jurisdiction of a federal court where the website is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Please note: Submitting a false DMCA notice or counter-notification may have legal consequences.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Engineer Roadmap may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
