If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by sending us a written communication that includes:

Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed.

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside of the U.S., the jurisdiction of a federal court where the website is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Engineer Roadmap may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
